I like to read, watch tv and am pretty easy to live with. I never cook and count on the microwave for any hot meal. I rarely eat out. I want each of us to have our own cupboards, food and laundry card. I have a lot of cups, plates, cutlery, cleaning products I'll gladly share.
Ttc east-west stop right outside the building, goes to Wellesley station. South-north on the opposite corner goes to CastleFrank station.

3rd floor, clean, quiet. 2 large closets in the room. It has a bed and dresser so I can move those out if you have your own OR I can get a night table, lamp and table/desk for the room.
I may be getting a cat or dog in the near future. I will knock $50. off the rent if you don't want tv in the room. Shared kitchen, bathroom, dining room. I will put you on the tenant insurance.
