Sizable Room in Gorgeous at ideal location

Hey there! One bedroom available in 2,500 sq ft house in Orange. Perfect for traveling nurses or medical professionals and students.

The room available is ~10' x 12 for $850 and is spacious enough for a queen bed, a desk, dressers, TV and has a walk-in closet.

The house has two large living rooms, a big kitchen, a full bar, 20 feet ceilings. The house is fully furnished so ideally we’d like the new roommate to bring what can fit in their room. Bonus: washer and dryer in the garage which is clutch

Utilities are less than $70 per person, per month which includes everything: electric, gas, cable, internet, water, and trash. Parking is pretty easy to find on our street and is super safe (street parking requires permits). Also $30 per month for cleaners who do an amazing job cleaning the Entire house (a dollar a day and you never have to worry about cleaning toilets). We have a full gym in the garage and work out system that’s shareable. Bowflex weights, regular weights, punching bag. Unfortunately no smoking. Small pets will be considered.

Location, Location Location!
We are about 5 minutes away from a Target, Starbucks, 24hour fitness, Ralphs, Mother's supermarket, the Block shopping outlets, Angels Stadium, Golden Road Brewery, Karl Straus Brewery, Main Place Mall, a few mueseums and parks. UCI Medical school Center and CHOC hospital are nearby thus would be ideal for a traveling nurse or doctor. Previous housemates was a traveling nurse who is moving back to Chicago.

The 22, 5, and 55 Freeway on ramp is only a few blocks away so you can commute anywhere pretty fast. Less than 20 minutes to Irvine, Yorba Linda, Anaheim

The Financials
First and last month’s rent plus security deposit of 1.5x rent.

*Fit is the most important aspect for us so here are a few characteristics we're looking for in the potential housemates:

1. Respectful, considerate, and clean. We're sharing a house so want to surround ourselves with people who can take care of the space as well.
2. Young professional who is gainfully employed (can show proof of employment and paystubs) and can pay rent and utilities on time. We’re currently all late twenties/early thirties.
