I’m renting out a 2 bedroom, full bath, private suite in my home in Garland (Oakridge Neighborhood at Belt Line and Jupiter, on the border of Richardson.) It is an ideal set up for someone who could use a home office. Both rooms have hardwood floors and small walk in closets. Common areas are shared. Parking is in the garage. There is a large covered patio in the backyard. I have a house keeper who cleans every 2 weeks. I do have a dog (cocker spaniel) and a cat incase pets are an issue. I’m asking $1500 a month, all bills and utilities included. There is a golf course at the center of the neighborhood, about a 2 minute walk from my house. It has a nice walking path if you like to walk or jog.
