I'm pretty clean for the most part but due to me being on the road for work for the majority of the time I won't be there but only maybe 1-2 weekends out of the month so the apartment will be technically yours and your paying only half the rent! I just need a place where I can come back to when home on the weekends. I'm willing stay anywhere around the Dallas area but not in the city of Dallas
