The apartment features a spacious living room, a big, well-stocked kitchen, a shared office/studio space, and 1 full bathroom. It’s right off of 30th Avenue so there’s tons of nearby restaurants, it’s a short walk to the M, R, N, and W trains, and it’s 60 seconds away from a grocery store and a laundromat (don’t worry, these are separate establishments).
The apartment also features rooftop access with a pretty majestic view of Manhattan. The neighborhood’s nice and quiet. Running track, tennis courts, and church all nearby. Also included is one neat and tidy roommate who doesn’t play loud music and always eats his vegetables (that’s me).
