bedroom includes its own private ac, a large ceiling to floor closet inside the room as well as large ceiling to floor windows covering an entire wall of your room. You will get your own bathroom that has a bathtub and nice shower, toilet and sink with storage under the sink as well as storage mirrors. Your bathroom is the guest bathroom it is separate from your bed room but right across the hall. The kitchen is a full kitchen with our own dishwasher, full size fridge and freezer. We have an oven and microwave stove top is electric, there is lots of storage space in the kitchen for food and dishes. right off the kitchen we have a small dining room that opens into our large living room. The apartment is a corner apartment and we have floor to ceiling windows covering the entire dining room and living room creating a 90 degree corner with a complete panoramic view of the lake on the east and a view of the west of Chicago, we are on the 16th floor so we are pretty high up no buildings blocking the view! the apartment has a rooftop that has multiple grills, tennis court, corn hole private pool and lots of outdoor seating. Our building has our own gym as well as a discount at the planet fitness below out building. we are located directly onto of a jewl-osco where there is a direct staircase leading from our roof to the front door of the grocery store. Our building has a laundry room, mail room, pool table vending machines and communal sitting spaces. Your room and bathroom is unfurnished but I have furniture in the living room. Your room is fully carpeted but our hallways living room and kitchen are all vinyl flooring.
