I am a young professional female, working from home during pandemic. I have my desk set up in the corner of the great room, so that's got to work for you. I like to live a healthy lifestyle, eat pretty cleanly, love the beach and outdoors, & throwing events as a side job (silent discos! :) ), and connecting with the community. I am an extrovert but also really enjoy my alone or quiet time as well. I drink socially but not much at home unless it's a quiet nightcap. I don't "bring the party home" as this is a pretty quiet building with young families, but it has happened from time to time. I don't smoke, but 420 on the patio is fine. Aesthetics are important to me. *Cleanliness in common areas is a big priority. The common space is currently fully furnished, so maybe works best if you only have bedroom furniture? I like to live life with a balance of work and play, and I suppose I'm looking for the same type of vibe in a potential housemate.
I believe one of the keys to a happy room-mate situation is great communication, respect, and being dependable. I’m really looking to find a great fit in a Roommate- I hope this is you! :)
