Recently separated, first time living with a roommate so I am incredibly picky, ideally looking for someone who is clean, works full time, and works within the Hillcrest area as this complex doesn’t have parking on site (street parking). Must also by LGBTQ friendly. I’m an introvert and keep to myself but go out occasionally. Mainly work, gym, and sleep late so I’m mainly in my room most of the time.

Apartment is fully furnished aside from the room which just has the bed. Laundry and dryer are on site just not in the building but nearby the unit. Only street parking, which is mostly meter parking nearest to the complex so someone working within the area is preferable.
