Looking for a roommate to fill 1 bedroom in my 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in Hallets Point, Astoria. 7 Minute walk to Ferry to Manhattan, multiple bus routes begin right outside the apartment that will bring you to the NW train to manhattan or queens.
Apartment has 1 larger bedroom and 1 smaller bedroom along with 1 bathroom for a total of $2,685 USD/month. I'm okay with taking either room, but the prices are as follows:
- Smaller room is $1,235 USD/month
- Larger room is $1,450 USD/month
