Looking for one roommate! You will have the master bedroom which includes your own private access to the balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. The view is perfect, you can see the whole Ontario lake and the downtown view. Very new and luxurious building, it has everything you need. The only utilities not included are hot water and electricity.
About me: I’m a university student at UofT in STEM field, I have three adorable parrots who are very friendly:) I bring them out for walks a lot and people love them. They are kept fully in my bedroom so you won’t be disturbed if you prefer.
