We are a couple who rents two of the three rooms!
Peter (29): Works as a project manager for an architectural metal company and is also an artist. He has his art studio in our basement and loves to play guitar and cook!
Sandy (28): I’m a product marketing manager for a social media company and work from home. I am a cleanly person and likes organization. I go to bed early 10/11pm and wake up early 6/7, I work from home and my hours are usually 8-6pm for work. I like to read, cook, watercolor, and hike on the weekend. Due to Covid we are relaxed on the weekdays, on the weekends we like to take our dog to the parks and explore the outside to stay safe against Covid.

Room in three bedroom for rent! The room is a 10x10 (plus a 3x8 hallway within room) medium size closet. There are two large windows that bring in ample natural light. PLUS! AC unit comes with the room.
The apartment is a spacious three-bedroom with one bathroom and a ton of light. We are a 10 minute walk from the M/J Myrtle/Broadway stop, 9 min walk from Kosciuszko J stop, and a 15 min walk to the A/C Utica stop. We’re in the heart of Bed-Stuy with easy access to Bushwick, Williamsburg, and Lower Manhattan. We are walking distance from grocery stores, parks, coffee shops, and good restaurants and bars! There is a laundromat a half block away. The apartment is on the top floor of a three apartment house and has roof and basement access. There is a ton of light in every room and storage space in the hallway.
