I'm Shayidan, a recent NYU grad now working in finance here in NYC. I'm looking for a friendly and respectful roommate to share my 1-bedroom apartment in Hunter’s Point—my current roommate is moving out in mid-September. The bedroom (with a door) would be yours, and I’ll be in the living room, which is separated by a divider. The space is bright, clean, and spacious—with amazing Manhattan views, the ferry downstairs, and the subway just 10 minutes away. Rent is $4,140/month (2070 each of us), and the building requires an income of 45x the rent (or 75x with a guarantor—about $155K/year).
