Hello! We are 2 female law students at Pace University in White Plains looking for a young female professional to sublease one of our spaces from June 1 to August 15, with the possibility of staying long-term for one of the rooms. Our townhouse is in a quiet neighborhood, around a 10 minute drive from downtown White Plains and the train station (~35 minute train ride to Grand Central). We are (extremely) clean, organized, naturally quiet, but friendly people!

The room in the photos is my room and will become available to sublease June 1, but will end August 15 (I am going home for the summer, but will be returning for school). The other room is available for a sublease with the option to re-sign for the full year until July 31, 2025. There was not enough space for extra pics- but please DM me if interested!
