Moving to Phoenix, Arizona this coming June 2022. I find it challenging to pay for a single 1BR Apt. Instead, I would like to see if I can find a roommate to reduce the monthly payment and ensure a much larger living area. I will be working for Harder Mechanical Contractors as a Field Engineer and will be gone from 8am until 6pm Mon-Fri. Aside from that, I am usually involved in sports/fitness which will decrease the amount of time I will spend in the apartment. In essence, most of my time in the apartment will be sleeping, as my days will start early and end late. I am outgoing and an extrovert. Very involved in a healthy lifestyle and avoid unhealthy habits. I cook all my meals and make sure to always have everything cleaned and organized. I am not a smoker nor do I prefer smoking inside. I enjoy drinking in moderation and limit it only for the weekends. I do not prefer pets. I respect all religion, specific beliefs, race, and ethnicity. I am very straight forward. In the case of a disagreement, I will always see the whole picture and not be bias. I strongly believe that two people living together must have all their expectations matched and agreed upon both individuals.
