Well this Lavish property is one of many that I own. I'm a LIVE-OUT Landlord. I have 3 other business partners that assist me with communication with all my roomshare tenants. I have a wonderful cleaning team who assist with cleaning the entire property once a week. Lastly, I have a stand-by property manager who does all the maintenance high-end task for the property since I live out of state....but don't worry my teammates and I occasionally visit the tenants once a year.
