I’m a low key individual/professional, seeking a roommate for the added common value of saving more money for at least for 9 months to year. Maybe the possibility for slightly longer depending. Goal is to buy a home. Furthermore, in a roommate I would like the following qualities: trust, mutual respect, directness, not very noisy, respect for boundaries and privacy. I have zero tolerance for people using drugs and that would not work out.
