Although my status says married, we are separating. I am a 54 year old female high school math teacher, so my budget is small. I am pretty quiet, usually busy with school things or just reading or doing puzzles and brain teasers. I do not use drugs or smoke and I only have a drink about once a month. I have two children, 17 and 14, who will visit, but not live with me. I wouldn't mind having a cat, but that is not a deal breaker. I prefer one floor or the first floor. Access to washer and dryer would be great. Air conditioning is a must.
