Hi, My name is Ayla! I'm a 29 year old single woman living in Austin with my four fur babies ( I
know its a lot lol). They are all well behaved although Kida my cattle dog gets into trouble every
once in a while. I enjoy going to the creek or working on crafts when I'm not at work. I currently
bartend out on Lake Travis and love it. I was born in Hawaii and spent most of my life growing
up there. I love to cook and enjoy binge watching my shows on the couch. with a glass of wine. I
don't go out as much as I used to but I do enjoy to from time to time. You can usually find me in
in the pool or in the living room watch a show. I would ideally like a roommate who would enjoy

Single woman looking for another Single roommate to rent out spare bedroom
Hi I’m renting out a room in my apartment in Austin July 1st! Putting out this Ad to see if anyone is a good fit.
I'm 29 years old, work as a bartender down by lake Travis and would love to find someone who is also new to the area and excited to explore the city !
I am located in Jollyville Area.
About me:
I moved to Austin about 8 months ago, I love being active, going to museums, big foodie and having a fun night on the town every once in a while. I'm clean (but not obsessive) and pretty quiet for the most part! Except for the occasional speaker for music.
I’m looking for a responsible roommate who pays their rent on time and is clean. I will not tolerate late payment excuses or untidy behavior. I don’t want guest coming over every week either. We can discuss more of that privately.
I have 4 animals (2 dogs and 2 cats) so must be an animal lover. Kida is my cattle dog and takes some warming up to new people. She occasionally barks so must be okay with that as well. All the others are easy 😂. I may consider another small dog that’s a female, as my dog Chili doesn’t play well with male dogs.
I will only be accepting a single roommate as the space is just too small for 3 people.
About the space:
Smaller one bedroom, unfurnished with a closet. Bathroom is a shared space but has his and her sinks. Living space is furnished, no dining table yet so if you have one that you believe would work well for the space please feel free to bring it. Unfortunately I don’t have that much space for anything else furniture wise. Kitchen is pretty well stocked as well but if you have some pans or cooking ware you’d like to bring I have room for that.
I don’t have any storage space except for the closet in the room.
Laundry room is available in the unit as well.
I definitely would love to have a roommate who likes to enjoy their space but also binge watch tv shows and have a glass of wine together after work.
Price for the room : 900, WiFi and utilities included. Unless there is an excessive use of water.
Length of term: 6 months for now and possibly longer if everything works out.
