Sublet for June—September (flexible and potential to renew)

I’m going home to the UK for summer after finishing my Master’s at Columbia University. Looking to sublet my room for this period.

The other two rooms are occupied by a young couple (one student, one professional, both in the arts) and a young working professional who graduated from a Master’s at Columbia a couple years ago.

The room is on the second floor of the building, with the kitchen and bathroom and one room on the first floor. It is a flex room but no one ever stays in the hallway so it is still very private.

Comes fully furnished so perfect for anyone doing an internship or just needing somewhere for the summer. I will be moving to a different apartment in September so there is the possibility to renew the lease if you are looking for somewhere more long term!
