About us:
We are easy-going and fairly quiet individuals. Hard-working and in and out of the house. We are respectful of each other's space and belongings and do our best to keep the space tidy and clean. If you like watching TV and hanging out, that works. If you are more on the quiet side, that works too. Most of the furniture in the common space will still be here but if you have items you would like to bring, we are open to the idea of getting rid of some stuff.

The property was originally a big row home. It has since been renovated and split into two 3 bedroom rentals, one on top of the other. Our unit has the ground floor and the floor above that. The living area (living room, kitchen, dining space, washer/dryer, and a half bath) are on the first floor. The second floor has the bedrooms and bathrooms. The room you would be renting shares a bathroom with Julia. The property is just up the street from Big Bear Cafe, around the corner from Red Hen, and walking distance to NOMA, Trader Joes, Union Market, and more.
