2,320 sq ft unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, consisting of the second 2 stories of a house. Location is in a quiet neighborhood in the East Liberty/Highland park area. There are always parking spaces available for street parking in front of the home! This is a large house with a bathroom on the first floor, laundry room, bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen area. The second floor consists of a common area space, 2 bedrooms and an additional full bathroom. Water is included in rent, all other utilities are paid by tenants (heat, electric, wifi). This unit was recently renovated this past year, with all new appliances in the kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge). In-unit laundry machines are included as well!
I am searching for a roommate (or two!) to move in at the beginning of August, and to commit to a year long lease (ending July 31st 2027). Background check and security deposit required. My unit is rented through the landlord company JJ Land. They have shown consistency and proactive action regarding any maintenance or house issues I have experienced since living here (which have not been a lot luckily!)
