I moved down here in February for a job (from Ohio) and had found a roommate via this site so I am giving it another go. My roommate and I get along great but in February when our lease renews he is moving in with his long term girlfriend and I am looking for someone to move-in to take over his portion of the lease. I work early mornings during the week so Id prefer someone who is not a "night owl". I am and clean person and would prefer someone who is also. I am friendly, social, and have diverse interests including biking, strategy gaming, trivia nights, hiking, etc. Although, I am not a big sports guy, I do play in a league for bocce ball and might be doing a few others in the spring. Itd be great to find someone that has some similar interests. My apartment is a 2 Bed/2bath so you would have your own room/bath. The apartment is on the ground floor with easy access to the street, which has turned out to be very convenient. 1 block from the Metro. $1605 Cost monthly for 1/2 the rent.
