Hello there! My name is Kevin and if you are reading this, it means you have considered me as a potential roommate. Thank you, and of course congrats!

While that may sound arrogant and vain, I can assure you that there are a TON of amazing things in me that make me a perfect roommate. Through college I was on a comedy sketch/improv troupe, so I am always looking for a good laugh and incredibly easy to get along with. However, don't let that jokester demeanor scare you off... I am super respectful of your own space and things. So no worries if you aren't looking to live with a comedian full-time, I DO have an off switch.

On top of being very personable, I am responsible and would be sure to pay rent on time and in full month to month. I am currently working full time for a real estate company, and would even be in office a few days a week. In my free time I enjoy going to the gym, binge watching the latest Netflix series, or competing in some serious game nights with friends. I also enjoy taking in the multitude of bars and restaurants that Arizona has to over, and am always up for a solid pizza and beer if you're into that!
