You'll never have to worrying about a good night's sleep. I work at night, so essentially the space is entirely your own most evenings except for weekends.

I spend most of my time doing my own thing, but I'm open to going out occasionally and socializing. If we're living together I don't think we should be total strangers. A home cooked meal together every now and then or going out for an affordable meal would be great too.

In regards to cleanliness, I keep most of my things well organized. I wash my own dishes, clean my own clothes, sort my toiletries. All I ask is that the idea is congruent.

In reality, I'm an independent individual that likes to know the people around me and help out where I can.
