Allow me to start off by saying I’m not concerned about a roommate’s gender or age so, if you're a female and are interested, allow me to (respectfully) assure you I am NOT looking for any kind of hookup, FWB arrangement, or anything of that nature. Just wanted to get that off the table early in respect of and consideration for your time. :)

What I AM looking for (and hopefully you are as well among other attributes) is a person who is honest and trustworthy (this is huge!), respectable, dependable, considerate, a good communicator and, capable of developing a great friendship over time.

With that said, here’s a little about me. I’m a laid back, easy-going, career-minded, educated professional with a positive “can-do", "let's-figure-this-out" attitude in just everything that comes my way in life. I use my critical-thinking skills at work, but I also enjoy using my hands to build/repair things, work on projects, play an instrument, etc. I also enjoy dancing salsa/bachata & teach both as well!

About the place...I'm planning on moving in mid-Aug. The place is located in the Mission Valley area (Costco & IKEA in a newer shopping center across the street!) and is w/n walking distance to the trolley station. The common areas (living room/kitchen) would be completely furnished incl w/d and a small storage space within the unit. Any addt'l mthly shared expenses (utilities, parking, internet, etc) we'd be splitting down the middle.

Ok...well, that's enough for now. This profile is starting to get a little long-winded...lol!
