Been in the city for 6 years and work for myself running my own small businesses, professional actor and content creator. I'm into watching NFL and NBA mostly but down for all sports. Im a creative so I enjoy going out on the town, making content videos, podcasting, traveling, so pretty much down for anything. I'm not home too often cause I have to be out and about running around the city most of the time but In and out of the apartment throughout the day. Subleasing my room in turtle bay off 46/2 for up to a year starting early July. Very spacious bedroom in a loft. Has an AC unit in the room and stairs that lead to it. The apt is MASSIVE. Tons of closet space, HUGE living room, dishwasher and high ceilings.
There’s two other guys who live here as well. They are both in their mid 20s, very chill, and super nice people.
The building also has a doorman, laundry room on every floor, a sick rooftop that’s open 24/7, 3 elevators, and all in a great location.
I’m simply moving in with a close friend of mine who’s moving into the city otherwise I would stay.
