- Balcony with better views than most rooftop bars.
- 24-hour doorman/laundry in the building.
- High speed internet/wifi (we all split this expense)
- TV in the living room
- Great location (51st & 10th Avenue)
- Great bars and restaurants all within blocks
- Easy walk to subway (4,5,6,C,E,F,N,Q,R,W)
- Utilities included except internet (Approx. your share $35/Month)
- The usual rent for the room is $1,765. Through the end of August it will a certain amound less depending on when you move in. The person who pays for that room has moved out and wants to find someone to fill it and is willing to negotiate.

- Unfurnished
- Master Bedroom - Great Size (12.5' x 8.25')
- Large Closets (Double door and single door)
- Large Windows: great views and good light (lightly used in-wall A/C included)

About You:
- Young professional/Graduate Student
- Employed/ In school
- Ready to move in between April 1st and take over lease/sublet
- Preferably in your 20s
