Rent says $1000 but we can talk. That would include rent, internet, gas, and electric. You'd basically get the whole upstairs: bedroom, bathroom, walk-in closet, another small closet in the bedroom, and a little loft area. Obviously you'd also have access to the kitchen, downstairs living room, washer/dryer, and garage. It's a little house with a wrap around porch in a quiet neighborhood right off 465.
