Hey everyone!

I'm looking for a roommate that is clean, dependable, and chill to live with 🙂 like me!

Current roomie is moving out October 15 (he's getting married) so I would like to find someone by then, or I could also wait until November 1st.

I have a really great place which is a steal of a deal, as I'm hoping to find someone who's a good fit fast! 🙂

I live on Clark and 14th avenue, a 10 min walk from Commercial Broadway skytrain station in a spacious 2 bedroom garden/basement suite. For $900/month everything is included: internet, hot water, heat, free in suite laundry, parking space, a huge kitchen, living room, garage, some garden space, en-suite laundry and a big bedroom that can fit a king size bed! I have an adorable cat as well.
