Spacious 2BR in East Village/Alphabet City – Room Available 12/1/25
I’m looking for a new roommate to join me in my spacious 2BR/1BA apartment in the East Village (Alphabet City), 8th Streeg between Avenues B and C. My current roommate is moving out, and the lease renews soon, so I’m hoping to find someone to sign on with me by end of this week.
The Apartment:
• Large living & dining area with skylights – much bigger than your typical EV apartment
• In-unit washer & dryer
• Rooftop deck access
• Tons of natural light
• Quiet street but just minutes from great bars, restaurants, and everything the neighborhood has to offer
The Room & Rent:
• One smaller bedroom, one larger – we can adjust pricing accordingly (current split is $2,750 / $2,900)
• Utilities average $150–200 per person each month
• Available December 1
About Me:
I’m 26, originally from NY, and work as a software engineer (hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 WFH). Outside of work I like to stay active—exercise, biking, golf, traveling, and watching sports. I’m clean, respectful, and not loud at night, and looking for someone similar (mid-20s male, tidy, easygoing).
