Hello, My name is Nick, I am in my early 30’s, and I am seeking a roommate for the near future.

I plan to lease 12 month apartment; 2 bedrooms and 1 or 2 bathrooms, around July 1st or a little later. I am seeking to rent out the second bedroom for approximately $650 depending on the monthly lease expense and can be a little flexible.

I finished school at ASU and I will start working this month, as I begin to look at apartment options. I am looking to move to the Tempe and Chandler area, as that is where I am working.

I do not have any pets, I do not smoke or drink and I hope to find someone who is similar in lifestyle.
