I travel monthly to the USA from my home overseas and I need a place where I can leave some clothes and receive mail and packages. I will likely never be present for more than 2-3 nights a month (some months, not at all). In addition to the rent I can pay $75 towards internet service. Total absentee roommate, ideal if you have an office or a den with a pull out bed (happy to help furnish).
