Looking for a roommate in a 2 Bed 2 Bath Condo. What would be your bath has just been remodeled. Unit is on the 5th floor of a 5 story building. Building is just a walking distance of Aldi, Pompano Park, and LA Fitness. I longboard to the beach, more of a biking distance, building is working on getting a bike shed built in the back. Great location in the heart of pompano. I have the corner unit so there are no noisy neighbors to worry about, just one little old lady next door. Condo has a community Pool, community car wash, parking, club house, and a community grill. Front porch has amazing view of the lighthouse at night. Building has secured access with surveillance cameras. All applicants must be approved by the condo association. 1st last $350 deposit Andrew application fee are needed up front. Electric, Internet is split 50/50. Internet runs $72, Electric rangs from 140 to 70 depending how hot it is. I have a PS4 and a FireTV 4K stick for media. I switch them between my room and the man room. You can access Netflix, Prime, etc through them and can have access to whatever account I’m currently paying for.
