Hello, I am renting my second room, 13x12 with a connected bathroom, including shower & bath options. The room is clean and spacious. It overlooks our front courtyard. It is conveniently located on the property, approximately 5 seconds from the elevator & club house which has a large pool table, counter space for entertaining and dual large screen Tv's. Immediately downstairs is the front office. Parking is available & apartment complex parking is accessible using a key faab which I will provide free. There is a large pool here as well as a private cabana pool space free in winter months and charge during summer months.
Living room is fully furnished. The Bedroom would be unfurnished & the adjoining closet is available & spacious. As to my dog, Zorro is very friendly and uncrated most of the time when I'm home. Often he leaves with me for overnights away. He is crated overnight when I'm home. There is a trash & recycling service here 2 times a week also.
