The apartment is located on the first floor of a four-unit building located in a very friendly neighborhood. Half a mile from Wonderland Train Station, many stores and restaurants in 150 yards from Revere Beach! The available bedroom also has an adjacent smaller room that is great for a den or in office. These two rooms are unfurnished in the remainder of the apartment is furnished with a fully stocked kitchen. Coin operated laundry in the building. No smoking. No pets. One off Street Parking Spot . Rent per roommate is $900 which includes all utilities with the exception of cable. First and last months rent required. Employment and previous landlord references required.
