If you want to bring your own mattress I'll let you. There is a TV but if you have your own I can get rid of this one. If you have your own coffee maker or blender you can bring those.
If you plan to email me -email your profile, and where you work, and hours. I won't reaspond to "Hey I'm interested in your room."
No remote workers and NO part timers.
Kitchen with a beaucolic view facing the garden. You are free to use anything including appliances. There is a garden to sit in during nice weather. An occasional guest or visitor is fine but not on a regular basis. I'm looking either for a student who is studying or a professional who is serious about their work. I love music and I'm easy going. I also go away often. This is a great neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and grocery store. There is a NYSC in neighborhood and a park a half a block down the street where farmers bring fresh produce on Saturdays. I go to bed early most nights but don't mind if someone is up late. A deposit is required.

I don't smoke at all and don't want smoking in house. I don't care if you use thc but no smoking in house. I may occasioally have a dinner party or a guest but not often.
