I'm looking to move to somewhere in northern Brooklyn (like Park Slope, Crown Heights, Williamsburg) or Long Island City. My target move-in date is flexible—January 1 at the earliest.

I'd prefer to live with someone who treats home as a peaceful place to unwind like I do (i.e., no super early/late hours, no regular guests). I work longish hours in-office 4–5 days a week and tend to be a homebody at other times. I try to be a direct communicator about any issues that might come up as a roommate and expect the same in return! Other than that, kindness and maturity are key.
