Spacious Duplex in Lakewood with Garage and Large Backyard

We are two relatively introverted professionals from Louisiana seeking to replace a roommate who has moved out.

Rent is 825 a month, and utilities will likely be around 100 a month on top of this. We have Google Fiber and Xcel Energy, as well as gas, water, and trash.

Comes with one covered garage, and we'd be willing to let you have full use of it. Very spacious back yard with a small vegetable garden and a covered patio. There is a small living room upstairs and a huge one downstairs, half of which we have sectioned off for you to use as you'd like. We also have a washer and dryer. Help yourself to all the shared spaces

-Smoking and weed is fine but OUTDOORS ONLY. Please no illicit substances.

-We have two cats. Ideal roommate would have no pets but we can maybe accept a small dog or cat.

-We keep the place moderately clean (6/10 maybe?) and would prefer someone who picks up after themselves and puts their dishes in the dishwasher. We rotate dishwasher clearing as well as lawn mowing (comes out to about 2x a year per person)
