Bought a 2bdr 2bath townhouse on north mountain, just looking for someone to rent the extra room too. I don’t have any pets or anything and get along well with pretty much anyone. Just moved to Phoenix two years ago. I’m also in school and going to be working for the state in procurement and contract management. I like playing guitar, sports, hiking, swimming, reading, playing games and watching my favorite movies. Also I love cooking so if you move-in you can eat a lot of the food I make.

There’s also a 3rd huge room downstairs that can be used for pretty much anything. Always plenty of parking spaces right in front, won’t have to share a bathroom. Price is negotiable and we can talk about it. Not super serious just looking to rent my extra room(s). You can have people over, smoke if you want, throw a party, doesn’t matter much what you do as long as you don’t literally tear the place down. Decorate however, feel free to bring pets I love animals anyway. Very chill and respectful of you and your belongings.
