My roommates are super awesome and all students. One is a med student, the other two graduate students doing their masters. Everyone is very respectful and very social! We enjoy cooking and exploring good food places. We are also pretty pet friendly if you have a pet and always down to do something fun (as long as we are not locked into to school LOL). Guests are always welcome and we are pretty good communicators as well. Everyone is in their early twenties.

LEASE TAKEOVER — WATERSIDE PLAZA | ASAP / SEPTEMBER 1
Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my spot in a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment at 30 Waterside Plaza. I’m looking to transfer my lease ASAP, so move-in for the remainder of August is available, or you can start September 1!
Your portion is $1,480/month and the bedroom is SHARED with one roommate. You would have your own private bathroom attached to the bedroom and your own closet, so while the bedroom is shared, you still have your own bathroom and personal storage space. The room is the first bedroom shown in the video :)
The apartment itself is gorgeous and has:

I originally took the apartment because I loved the building and location so much, but my work commute ended up being much farther than I expected, so I’m looking for someone to take over my lease.
