Brian D - $1,200/month

Hi! I'm Brian, and I'm a Colorado native who grew up in Boulder. I originally planned to go into a career in IT, but ended up pivoting at the start of COVID and going to EMT school, and have been a full time EMT ever since. Been an EMT for nearly 3 years now. I currently work full time as a tech at Denver Health in addition to being part time at Stadium Medical.
Outside of work, I'm just a big ol' nerd. DnD, video games, sci-fi, fantasy, tech, if it's nerdy/geeky I'm probably into it. I'm a bit of a homebody but do enjoy small gatherings with likeminded folk and going out occasionally (but always responsibly).
I enjoy cooking and am always down to cook a meal together. I'm a bit of a night owl but always try to be respectful of those who are not. I wouldn't say I'm a neat freak but I strive to keep common areas clean and a welcoming place to use and operate in. In a roommate I believe that communication and problem solving are super important. Everybody needs to be adults and if there is a problem in the household, it should always be us vs. the problem rather than you vs. me.
I'm looking for a new place that is closer to both my jobs, ideally to move in on the 27th or 28th. Looking forward to meeting ya and seeing if we'd be a good fit together as roomies.
