Hey guys! I’m an incoming transfer student at USD looking for housing and roommates. I’m hoping to move anytime in August and stay till the end of the school year or the whole year. My budget is around $1,600. Ideally, I’d want my own bedroom and bathroom but could share a bathroom. A parking spot would also be nice because I will have my car. (Also, I’m a gay guy so I’m open to living with guys and girls)

I’d love to be friends with my roommates and do fun things like going out, making dinner, watching shows, etc (but it’s not necessary).

I’m pretty laid back, easy to get along with, and know how clean up after myself. I like hiking, thrifting, going to the beach, going out, almost all types of music but mainly indie and pop, binging shows, and staying active. I kind of want to pick up surfing and hope to get involved with a lot of clubs this year.
