SE Tabor home looking for roommate!

Hello Portland friends!
Our names are Mary, Misha and Kellan. We are looking for a new roommate for our SE home. We are located around upper Hawthorne mount tabor area in a 3 bed, 1 bath house with a lovely back yard. We are a 420 and nicotine friendly house. We are all in our early 20's and try our best to be clean but we are looking for someone who is okay with a little chaos around the house.
Our house is no pets ( not on our own fruition ). We got approval for our sweet gecko Rango but our landlords are strict on no cats or dogs. Looking for $610.50 + utilities. Our landlords require you be added to the lease + $50 for a background check + proof of income.
