We have an 1800 square foot house. We have the whole 2nd floor and lower level we do not use. You're floor would have own bathroom bedroom (large) living room with fireplace and of course use of big kitchen. Open 2nd bedroom in basement We use for storage only now, but can clear out of you'd like more private space for living room :)
