It's a 12 min walk to BART. The Transbay Bus line picks up from around the corner (2 minutes walk door to bus stop), it shoots over the bridge quickly in the carpool lane, and isn't very crowded, way better than sweating like a sardine on BART.
We're both pretty laid back, hard working and driven, but like to keep a clean house and stay on top of responsibilities like the garden. Looking for someone with a similar vibe, who's down to chill with a beer in the yard when the days are warm and throwdown on the bbq.
We have a house cat and he's not good with other animals, so sorry, no pets (or people with pet allergies). We’re 420 friendly but we don’t want a stoner stuck to the couch and no cigarette smokers please.

Or chill in your room and just be polite and friendly in the communal areas, we don't mind!
