Looking for a roommate in Manhattan, Brooklyn - New York

Oliver D - $2,500/month

About Me

Hi! My name is Ollie Davidson and I’m a 23 year-old new grad from Atlanta. I am looking for a couple other guys to move into an apartment with in NYC, ideally having a lease sign for May 1 or June 1.

I graduated from Georgia Tech in May 2025, and I work in tech here in Manhattan. I moved to the city right after I graduated, but I’m looking to move further south into Manhattan when my lease ends this Spring.

I’m looking for 1-2 other new grads who would want to live towards Kips Bay, the East Village, or Williamsburg. I also have agreed to move in with one of my friends from college, so I’m aiming for the total people to go in on a lease to be 3 or 4 including me. Budget-wise, I plan to look at units where the rent for each roommate will be between $2300 and $2500.

More about me - I’m an avid runner (hopefully running NYC marathon in 2027!), I love music, I love going out, and ideally would like to have roommates that I can grow to be close friends with.

My maximum monthly budget 2,500
Move in Date May 2026
Lease Duration 1 Year
Age 23
Occupation Tech
Pets No Pets
Hometown Atlanta, Ga, Usa
Education Bachelor's
Relationship Status Single

We think Oliver would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
