The rent is 950$ a month for your own room (includes water, other utilities split evenly amongst roommates). The apartment is a 3 min walk from the red line and walking distance to local bars, restaurants, etc. NO BROKERS FEE☺️
The apartment features a big furnished living room, updated furnished kitchen and bathroom, in unit laundry, and my personal favorite, a big private deck! I have videos of all of the common spaces upon request.Parking is street and is usually pretty easy to find.
The bedroom available also has a really deep closet a big window and can fit a desk a full size bed, bureau etc.
