Hello, I have a room available in Buda! Just South of Austin, in the Sunfield neighborhood, I have a room available that does have any shared walls with occupied rooms or the bathroom. My roommate and I are both pretty low-key and keep to ourselves. We are looking for someone that will match the same energy. Sunfield is a great community with tons of walking trails, tons of shopping just 5 minutes down the road and perfectly located between amazing shopping centers in San Marcos and Austin.
I am flexible on lease term, pets, and have some additional storage space in the house if needed. You will share a bathroom and work out parking arrangements (one parking available in drive way and more on the street) with the other roommate.
