Spacious and bright room in a large two-floors apartment in the South End for sublet. The room has its own private bathroom.
There are two living rooms, an equipped kitchen, in-home washer and dryer and a very large rooftop area!
Since I am leaving the U.S. I can leave the room furnished (bed, nightstand, dresser, table, chair), or not, as you prefer.
The moving date is flexible and preferably around April.
There is a security deposit of $1417, as well as a last month deposit of $1440.
The lease ends August 31st, with the option to renew it.

About the roommates:
There are three roommates: Jamie, Mike and Laura (two engineers and one artist also working in a bakery), plus a cat.
They all are 30 years old (except the cat), respectful, very friendly and easy to hang out with (including the cat).
To list some of their interests I would say: video/board games, sports (rock climbing, hiking, surf), reading, cinema, music, art.
With them you can expect movie/show sessions on week-ends, as well as board game nights set to a rotating mix of everyone's favorite playlists.
