Hi I'm Tim, looking for roommate(s) around North Philly/Strawberry Mansion/Fishtown/that general area. I'm 25 and work almost fully remote as a software developer, going into the office a few times a month. In my free time I like to make music and mess around with my synthesizers. This definitely can get loud and annoying but I'm always down to put headphones on. Honestly, I'm not the neatest person but I will always respect any common areas and have gotten rave reviews from previous roommates that I'm very approachable with any problems. Not a huge partier but like to get out when I can. I'd love to live with other musicians I can collab with if possible. Huge fan of all types of music but favorite genres include breakcore (Afx twin, alec empire, machine girl, ruby my dear) or really any breakbeat genre, techno, punk, and 80s new wave (the clash, the smiths, talking heads, etc). Overall I'm pretty laid back but can get passionate about certain topics, some important some trivial. In a roommate and in myself I value the ability to be forthcoming and direct with any issues, effort, and intention over results. Looking to move around 6/1 but am pretty flexible up to a month.
